Angie & David Wrightson

Angie and David are both proud children of career military fathers.  David born in Maryland and Angie in Seattle, they met in high school while their families were stationed in Puerto Rico.  Growing up "military brats", they lived at various bases around the USA and the world.  They consider themselves lucky to have traveled and lived overseas growing up.  It allowed them to really see and immerse themselves in other cultures.  Now semi retired after spending time in the USMC and 23 years in law enforcement, they are thrilled to be spending their time and energy helping to create people's best days!  They are passionate about what they have created and excited to share Hoonah with you!

Why we do this

Hoonah, Alaska offers a true paradise for visitors. Hoonah is what Juneau was 40 years ago.  Hoonah, near Icy Strait Point, is the real deal Alaska and the Wrightson's are proud to call this haven their home.  They want you to experience it with them first hand! With an eager, all-local crew, they offer a variety of small group tours around Hoonah's scenic areas and take guests out on landmark trips off of the island, so they can see what makes these waters and areas around Icy Strait Point so special.
